Nigel Leach, General Manager

Nigel joined FIMCo as Butchery Foreman in 2005 and was promoted Quality control officer then Production Manager in 2012. Having been involved in the butchery trade for over 40 years, and initially ran FIMCo’s domestic market production, before taking on export processing as well. Moving on to become Operations manager until Nov 2025. Nigel was promoted to General Manager in March 2026 having acted as interim GM for several months
